king a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Telesales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating leads for our real estate advisors mostly for off-plan properties. Your goal will be to drive sales and contribute to the overall growth of our real estate business.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads and databases.
Identify and qualify prospects through effective questioning and active listening.
Build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and requirements.
Present and promote our real estate services over the phone.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients regarding available properties, pricing, and market trends.
Schedule appointments for interested clients to meet with our real estate agents.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication to ensure a positive customer experience.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the team’s success.
Document all interactions and update customer records in the CRM system.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Telesales ideally min 1 year in the real estate industry in UAE
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Self-motivated with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using computer applications.
Knowledge of real estate market trends and industry regulations is a plus.
Graduate or equivalent; additional certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
