We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven individual to join our FMCG sales team. The FMCG
Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets by developing and executing effective sales
strategies, identifying and acquiring new customers, maintaining existing relationships, and providing
excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, preferably in
FMCG.
Key Responsibilities
Identify new customers and markets, and develop relationships with them
Maintain and develop existing customer relationships by providing excellent service and support
Ensure availability of products at all times by coordinating with supply chain and distribution teams
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations with customers
Monitor sales trends, competitor activity and market conditions to adjust sales strategies and plans
Proactively resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
Accurately forecast and report on sales targets, pipeline and results
Requirements
Proven track record in sales, preferably in FMCG
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Highly motivated, with a can-do attitude and result-oriented approach
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
A valid driver’s license
