A leading luxury retailer in the Middle East is looking to hire an “Employee Experience Executive” within the Human Resources team. This is an exciting role where the individual will have dual responsibility for leading engagement activities as well as operational support as and when needed.
Key responsibilities:
Lead employee engagement initiatives: plan and facilitate events and campaign as part of employee engagement calendar.
Develop content and manage internal communications.
Manage and create engagement on the internal employee communications platform. Upload event content and coverage to reflect the event program in real time (shooting, editing, etc.).
When required administer on-boarding an off-boarding activities.
Key requirements:
Current experience within an HR function
Prior event management and/or employee engagement experience
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Creative, outgoing “ideas” person.
Persona – Matured, creative, thinks outside the box, takes accountability, extroverted.
Social media savvy, able to develop engaging social content.
Customer service mindset; passionate about creating positive experiences.
University graduate.
