Line Manager: Head of Portfolio
Be a point of contact for your clients and build strong long-lasting, mutually beneficial
The challenges
Identify upselling opportunities
Ensure long-term profitability and quality of customer portfolio
Key Responsibilities/What You Do
Maximize the retention of your portfolio
Ensure proper pricing based on policy performance
Identify cross and up-selling opportunities
Service customers based on company’s Service Model
Interact closely with other core functions (i.e., Risk, Claims, etc)
Apply commercial underwriting standards to ensure profitability and quality of customer portfolio
Key requirements/What you bring
Market Knowledge:
Become ambassador of Allianz Trade to the market and offer services supporting the market position of the company
Ability to establish and retain a positive network within the market with specific focus on key decision makers and influencers
Develop strong technical knowledge
Interpersonal skills:
