Job Description:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the cake or baking industry and serve as the main point of contact, understand their needs, and provide exceptional customer service to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, and conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction, and maximizing their business potential, and proactively assess client needs, offer personalized solutions, and upsell additional products or services.
Coordinate with internal departments, such as production and distribution, to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and quality control.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, client satisfaction, and market trends, by preparing regular reports and present insights to management.
Qualifications:
At least 10 years F&B experience in the UAE
