What you need to do:
Work closely with the Head of Accounts to develop new business and long-term account opportunities focused on financial gain
Grow our business by researching leads, establishing rapport with potential clients, and arranging chemistry meetings
Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements and financials
Meet and exceed targets and budgets
Work efficiently with the creative team to ensure the client’s requirement are delivered on brief and on time
Develop quotes and proposals for new clients
Create winning proposals and RFPs to gain new business
Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events
What you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
A minimum of 4 years in relevant industry i.e., media production, marketing, and advertising
Experience in managing RFPs / sales for governmental clients is an added bonus
Previous experience in a video production / digital agency is essential
Excellent command of the English language
Strong communication skills and IT fluency
Ability to multi-task and manage complex projects
Excellent organizational skills
Strategic thinking
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance with a proactive, can-do attitude
Ability to be flexible and seek alternative options to problems
