Our client is seeking dedicated individuals who possess a strong passion for HR technology and are eager to work as consultants. This position presents an excellent opportunity for HR professionals with 2-6 years of practical experience in HR operations and transformation.
As an HR Technology Consultant, your primary responsibility will be guiding and assisting clients in implementing new technologies. This role encompasses stakeholder and project management, as well as solution and process design, with a key focus on supporting HR teams and the overall business throughout their transformational journey.
Role Description:
Providing guidance to clients on HR service design and adapting operational models to align with technological advancements and automation.
Assisting clients in developing a case for change, identifying areas for improvement, and translating them into actionable roadmaps and plans.
Offering expertise and support in HR service design, operating models, and capability enhancement.
Providing clients with insights into the implementation of HR technology solutions, considering functional, organizational, and change perspectives.
Assisting clients in designing technology and automation solutions, including facilitating decision-making processes.
Mapping and documenting HR processes.
Collaborating with clients to identify and address any risks and issues arising from technology implementation.
Working alongside technical teams to ensure that the technical solution adheres to the design and meets business requirements.
Collaborating with the business to define and integrate new work methodologies.
Participating in internal process improvement projects as part of the Veran HR Community.
Role Requirements:
Essential
Graduation from a globally recognized university or business school.
Hands-on experience in implementing HR solutions.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with HR processes and process mapping.
Proactive, independent, and self-motivated.
Proficiency in Arabic language.

Job Offer:
Interim role, initially contracted for 4-6 months, with the potential for extension.
Salary range: 30,000 – 60,000 AED (all-inclusive).
