School Receptionist Required in Dubai
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional School Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for students, parents, staff, and visitors, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist students, parents, visitors, and staff in a courteous manner
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally
Manage visitor registration and maintain security procedures
Provide basic information about the school, schedules, and policies
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries
Maintain accurate records, attendance logs, and student files as required
Support administrative staff with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and scheduling
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is an advantage)
Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a school or educational environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy school environment
