Graphic Designer Required in Dubai
The Graphic & Social Media Executive plays a key role in shaping and elevating Casa Vista Development’s luxury brand identity across all digital and visual touchpoints. This role exists to create premium, visually compelling content that enhances project visibility, strengthens brand desirability, and supports the company’s marketing and sales objectives. By delivering high-quality designs, managing social media presence, and ensuring consistent luxury aesthetics, the role contributes directly to increased audience engagement, stronger brand perception, and the overall growth of Casa Vista’s real estate portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Design premium marketing materials for property launches, brochures, hoardings, and advertising campaigns
Create visually stunning social media content (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) that aligns with the brand’s identity
Manage social media pages including content planning, posting schedules, and community engagement
Develop presentation decks and investor materials that reflect sophistication and class
Collaborate with the marketing, video, and sales teams to ensure consistent and compelling brand visuals
Monitor performance metrics and assist in social media strategy execution to increase brand reach and engagement
Maintain and elevate Casa Vista’s luxury design language across all platforms
Qualifications & Experience:
1–3 years of experience in real estate marketing, property development, or luxury branding
Proven experience in graphic design, layout design, and digital campaigns
Hands-on experience managing social media pages and content calendars
Passion for luxury, lifestyle, and off-plan real estate branding
Competencies & Skills:
· Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other design tools
Strong sense of luxury aesthetics, typography, and composition
Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and storytelling
Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro / CapCut) an advantage
Understanding of social media algorithms, content trends, and audience engagement
