Accountant Required in Dubai

We are hiring an execution-focused Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities for the Property Management division. This role is hands-on and operational, dealing with rental income, service charges, owner settlements, and property-related expenses. It is not a managerial or strategic role. Accuracy, discipline, and consistency matter more than big ideas.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate books of accounts for managed properties and PM operations
Record rental income, service charges, maintenance costs, and vendor payments
Reconcile bank accounts, client accounts, and property-wise ledgers
Handle Accounts Payable and Receivable related to tenants, owners, and vendors
Prepare owner statements, tenant invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
Track security deposits, advances, and outstanding balances
Support month-end and year-end closing activities for the PM portfolio
Assist in VAT-related documentation and basic compliance reporting
Coordinate with property managers, operations teams, banks, and auditors
Maintain proper documentation and audit-ready financial records
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1–3 years of accounting experience (property management experience is a strong advantage)
Clear understanding of basic accounting principles and reconciliations
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
Strong attention to detail—mistakes here directly impact owners and tenants
Ability to follow processes, meet deadlines, and handle repetitive transactional work
Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned properties/accounts
