Accountant Required in Dubai 

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Reporting

Maintain accurate general ledgers and financial records for the firm and assigned client entities.
Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and cash flow forecasts.
Ensure financial reporting complies with IFRS and UAE accounting standards.
Manage bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, and expense controls.
Tax & Regulatory Compliance

Manage UAE VAT registration, filings, and ongoing compliance in coordination with the Federal Tax Authority (FTA).
Support UAE Corporate Tax registration and filing requirements.
Liaise with external auditors, PROs, and relevant government authorities.
Ensure timely statutory filings, license renewals, and compliance documentation.
International & Client Portfolio Management

Handle accounting for international clients, including intercompany transactions, consolidated reporting, and transfer pricing support.
Prepare and review multi-currency financial statements and ensure global compliance requirements are met.
Coordinate client onboarding, maintain KYC and compliance records, and support cross-border entity management.
Collaborate with global advisors and clients on financial structuring and reporting matters.
Strategic & Business Support

Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis for consultancy engagements.
Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities within finance operations.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
4–8 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in consultancy, professional services, or corporate advisory environments.
Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
Experience managing multi-entity or international accounting portfolios.
Proficiency in cloud-based accounting systems (Xero, QuickBooks Online) and advanced MS Excel skills.
Solid understanding of IFRS and international accounting standards.
Excellent English communication skills and ability to work independently with high integrity.
