Role Overview
Install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware and software problems and solve technical problems either over the phone, with remotely connect or in person.
Key Responsibilities
Assists in troubleshoots, Supports, Diagnoses, and resolves IT technical issues and configures new IT equipment within SLA to users.
Installs authorized software on computers and ensures that these are functional and are consistently updated.
Assists in Implementing IT Manual across the SKM offices.
Assists in updating detailed lists of IT infrastructure and suppliers.
Assists in maintaining updated quotation for regular IT equipment, software and services.
Assists in maintaining CCTV, PABX, Attendance, Barcode readers and MPS systems.
Performs scheduled hardware and software maintenance.
Reports IT user’s non-conformities against IT Manual to IT management.
Assists in IT requisition process.
Update IT items in IT warehouse.
Assists in IT procurement and monthly IT inventory top up.
Ensures satisfaction of IT users.
Ensures high level of confidentiality.
Familiar with ISO Audit process and various QHSE standards.
Performs other IT related duties as assigned by IT management.

1-2 Years of experience

Qualifications
Diploma / Certificate / Degree in IT / Computer Science.
