About the Role:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Accountant to support our finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth day-to-day accounting operations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in finance and accounting.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets

Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and account reconciliations

Manage accounts payable and receivable

Support month-end and year-end closing activities

Maintain accurate records of financial transactions

Assist in audits and ensure compliance with accounting policies

Provide support to the Senior Accountant or Finance Manager as needed

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to meet deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team

Good understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
Professional certification (e.g., AAT, ACCA part-qualified)
