Key Responsibilities of a Receptionist
Front Desk Operations
Greet and welcome visitors or clients.
Direct guests to the appropriate person or department.
Answer and manage incoming calls and emails.
Administrative Support

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain office supplies and order replenishments.
Visitor Management
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
Ensure security protocols are followed for all guests.
Customer Service
Provide accurate information about the company or services.
Handle client inquiries and resolve basic complaints.
Clerical Duties
Data entry, filing, and document management.
Prepare correspondence, memos, and reports.
Coordination
Assist with meeting room bookings and setups.
Coordinate with vendors, delivery personnel, and service staff.
Maintaining Office Cleanliness
Ensure the reception and waiting areas are neat and tidy.
