Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and courteous demeanour.
Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate person or department.
Provide information about the company, available properties, and services offered.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for agents and sales staff.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common areas.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of client inquiries and requests.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by supporting team members and fostering a culture of professionalism and excellence.
Language requirement.
Fluent in English is required.
Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or training in office administration or related fields is preferred.
Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a real estate or similar industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanour.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills; experience with real estate software or CRM systems is a plus.
Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in fast-paced environments and handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
