HR Service Specialist Required in Dubai
Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of the day-to-day operational HR pieces using consistent ways of working through clearly articulated policies, processes, and accurate data.
Manage the onboarding process for new joiners (welcome emails, DOJ confirmation emails, new hire and life insurance forms, etc.)
Maintain the onboarding tracker and make changes for new joiners in WorkDay as required.
Manage all letter requests (Employment, NOC’s, experience certificates)
Manage medical insurance (additions, deletions, cards, policies, invoices) for staff and dependents in Egypt and take part in policy renewal in Q4.
Manage travel insurance additions and deletions across MENA and take part in policy renewal in Q4.
Support marketing with the required data for the monthly newsletter.
Support new joiners’ relocation process (hotel booking and flight) in liaison with department EA’s.
Maintain excellent filing procedures, with a key focus on data accuracy and adherence to policies.
Take part in the yearly audit process.
Support the HR Operations team as required.
