Carrying out check-ins and check-outs
Personal support for guests with all kinds of questions and concerns, especially VIP guests
Receiving special guest requests and reservations
Carrying out the complete guest billing
Perfect communication with all departments of the hotel
Coordinating and ensuring a smooth service at all times
The skills and competencies for this role are:
Experience in room cleaning is an advantage
Completed training in the hotel industry or previous professional experience in the front office area is an advantage
Good knowledge of English
Confidence, a sense of responsibility and a structured and goal-orientated way of working
Willingness to work full-time and in shifts for at least 6 months
