The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for upgrading, installing, and configuring new hardware and software to align with company objectives. This role includes providing technical support for desktop computers and end-user devices, assisting with employee onboarding and off-boarding, managing IT equipment inventory, and staying updated on IT advancements and best practices.
Responsibilities:
Upgrade, install, and configure new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
Provide hardware and software support for desktop computers and other end-user devices, including printers and scanners.
Assist with onboarding new employees by providing necessary IT equipment, setting up email accounts, and granting access to IT systems. Collaborate with HR for IT off-boarding processes.
Manage and maintain an inventory of IT equipment.
Deliver comprehensive IT support to end-users.
Stay current with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of three years of experience in a similar role.
Extensive knowledge and experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and time management capabilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
