Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, mentor, train, and develop a sales team.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Set clear sales targets, objectives, and performance goals for the team, and monitor their progress.
Achieve sales revenue targets as per the company business plan.
Motivate and monitor the sales team to ensure the best productivity and consistent sales.
Plan and conduct team meetings and sales team training regularly to help agents advance their product knowledge, selling, and negotiation skills.
Manage KPIs for each member of the sales team.
Design, plan, and execute new sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenue.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to make informed business decisions.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, developers, and other collaborators to enhance business partnerships.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Proven experience in the Dubai real estate industry for at least 2 years.
Strong knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate Market.
Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
Knowledge of the rules and regulations and current pricing of the real estate industry in Dubai.
UAE driving license and a car.
