Key Responsibilities
Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Designing and executing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Advising managers on employee-related issues, including disciplinary actions and performance management.
Focusing on employee retention and employer branding to reduce turnover and enhance the candidate experience.
Creating and maintaining a positive work environment to boost employee engagement and satisfaction.
Managing performance management systems and ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
Developing HR strategies aligned with business objectives and streamlining HR processes.
Ensuring legal compliance with HR policies and procedures and staying updated on labour laws.
Leading strategic planning and workforce planning initiatives to meet future talent needs.
Implementing efficient HR systems and handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR projects.
Administrative Management
Supervising administrative staff and managing office facilities.
Overseeing procurement, document management, budgeting, and vendor relationships.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and support office events.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in business administration or human resources management.
8+ years of HR Manager or HR Business Partner experience with 4 years of HR leadership.
CIPD Qualifications is a plus.
Proven experience in HR management with a strong understanding of HR practices and labour laws.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies and initiatives.
Experience in performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
