Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a National Sales Manager at Plaay. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a distributor & sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and creating and implementing effective sales plans. Additionally, the National Sales Manager will develop relationships with key customers, monitor industry trends, and maintain a deep understanding of the market to ensure that Neo Essentials stays ahead of the competition.
Qualification:
Proven track record of at least 5 years of experience in sales management in the relevant industry
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans.
Ability to analyze sales data, customer feedback, market trends, and other relevant information to develop effective sales strategies, and to improve the overall sales performance of the company.
Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software, sales tracking tools, and other relevant technologies
Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
Experience in e-commerce or retail industry is preferred.
Experienced in Route to Market
Experienced with FMCG products in UAE.
