You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).

Managing and maintaining appointment schedules.
Answering phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
Providing information and assistance to visitors or clients.
Handling incoming and outgoing mail or deliveries.
Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry or filing.
Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
Requirements
High school diploma or relevant work experience
Ability to maintain a positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
