Job Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting complex IT problems, and escalating issues as needed.
Manage IT service desk operations, including call routing, prioritization, performance metrics, and helpdesk support ticket management.
Oversee asset management, including hardware, software, and licenses.
Configure and manage mobile device enrolment and security using Microsoft Azure Intune.
Administer and maintain network infrastructure, including troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
Implement and manage patch management processes for systems and applications.
Participate in IT project planning, implementation, and execution.
Stay up to date on the latest IT trends and technologies.
Provide training and development opportunities for the IT Support team.
Provide remote support to users and troubleshoot technical issues.
Requitement:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
Proven experience in supervising and leading an IT support team.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Experience with system administration, network protocols, and security best practices.
CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification (preferred).
Experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly Azure Intune (preferred).
Additional IT certifications (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, M365 Identity and Services, M365 Mobility and Security, Endpoint Administrator Associate) a plus.
