Swisslinx Middle East is looking for an HR Officer on behalf of one of our reputable client based in Dubai, an established fin-tech firm operating in financial trading.
The right candidate will have an HR generalist background, with expertise in payroll and HR administration function in UAE.
The successful candidate should have the following skills:
• 3 – 6 years experience in as HR officer/ HR Administrator in financial services/ consulting firm
• UAE Labor law experience is mandatory
• Experience with Payroll (UAE)
• Experience with recruitment
• Systems knowledge (SAP and GULF HR)
• Experience with GDFRA portal (visas)
• Experience with GPSSA portal (UAE pension)
• Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills
• Good level of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook
• English/ Arabic drafting skills
